1.We only accept payment through Paypal.
2.All items will be shipped to buyer's EGA Tech address. Before you pay, please make sure your address in EGA Tech matches the address you would like us to ship to.
3.If the Items are located in UK,they will be shipped directly from Hayes, United Kindom. If buyer's address belongs to remote areas(Except Royal Mail),extra shipping cost should be paid. All items will be shipped out within 48 hours after your payment is verified.
Please NOTE that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent out on the next working day.
Delivery may be delayed during weekends and holidays.
4.No local pick-up service will be provided.
Return & Warranty
1.Our items come with a Three-month or One-year warranty.
2.We shall pay much attention to your order and will do our best to solve any problems in a professional business manner.
3.If you are dissatisfied with our items, please contact us for return address within 30 days upon receipt of the delivery.
The item must be returned with the original package for refund or exchange.
4.Before you return, pleas e check twice to confirm the item not work and contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem or send us some pictures for confirmation.
5. We can't receive the packages if buyer return by yourselves according to the address on shipping package. We won't solve such case and buyer should responsible for the consequences.
